No Refunds
All payments for Astrokalyan services are final and non-refundable. This applies to horoscope readings, Kundali matching, Muhurta calculations, Prashna consultations, and any other astrology services offered through our website. Once a consultation has been booked and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Nature of Services
Our services involve personalised analysis, preparation, and delivery of astrological insights based on the information you provide. The intellectual and professional effort is expended at the time of booking and preparation. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds once the service has been initiated.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a video consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new time. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may not be accommodated, and the consultation will be deemed delivered without refund.
No Shows
If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice or rescheduling, you forfeit the session. No refund will be provided and no alternative session will be offered.
Technical Issues
In the event of technical difficulties on our side that prevent a consultation from taking place, we will reschedule your session at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a full refund for that specific consultation.
